•These shells are fantastic decorations for your amenities and plated desserts. Try this casting technique: Pipe chocolate onto the Showpeel, allow it to set up for a few minutes and then place into a large bowl (silicone side down). Allow the chocolate to harden and then peel away the silicone. Presto! Your shells will be contoured. Next, attach two shell halves together and place a sugar pearl inside. Instant amenity!

Showpeel mats are ~8˝" (21 cm) x 11" (28 cm) and come with instructions.
