•Splish, splash! These playful Dewdrop Leaves capture the feel of raindrops dancing on leaves during a summer rainstorm. These leaves are versatile! Use them to add a bubble effect or to create that whimsical circus-like flair to your showpiece. Six different sizes make them suitable for a range of small amenities to large showpieces.
Chef Stéphane Tréand, M.O.F., designed these playful Dewdrop leaves so you may make your sugar showpiece elements in just a few minutes. You can create the sugar leaves by cutting out the six silicone leaf peels, dipping them into hot sugar or Isomalt and attaching them to your showpiece. Airbrush for additional effect. The silicone Showpeels™ can also be used for texturing chocolate, pastillage or fondant.
Showpeel mats are ~8½" (21 cm) x 11" (28 cm) and come with instructions.

Did you know that dragonflies begin their lives underwater as stealthy aquatic hunters? Only after maturing do they grow wings and leave their water world for a life in the sky. Now you can see this amazing creature up close and in detail. Five individual sections let you create your own four-winged dragonfly, body and all. Measuring more than 12" (30 cm) across (when assembled), this is the largest dragonfly we hope you will ever see!
You can create a dragonfly by cutting out the four silicone wing peels and the center body. Dip the four wings into hot sugar or Isomalt, and attach them to the body. (To make the body, either dip the body peel into hot sugar or Isomalt or pull a small piece of sugar and press it onto the body section for texture.) When assembled, airbrush the elements to your liking. The silicone Showpeels™ can also be used for texturing chocolate, pastillage or fondant.
